SPAM Whitelist

Occasionally, our SPAM filters may filter a legitimate email message as if it were SPAM, and place it in the SPAM folder.  You can view these messages in the SPAM folder. (Instructions here)

Each message is filterd and evaluated individiually based on it’s specific SPAM score.  Messages might be considered SPAM even if they;’re from regular users you corresepnd with reguklarly if they contain too many SPAM-like terms, phrases or other items that raise their “probably SPAM” score.

To make sure this doesn’t happen again the next time, you can white-list a recipient in a special “do not filter” database.

Simply forward the email itself, or a list of email addresses to:
